Core-Ideation and Sustainability
Kura is a product of an SDGs project, built on the principles of sustainability, resource management, and education. Kura enhances resource recycling amongst students and improve their circular economy and greener environment while supporting academic activities.
This project largely disrupts the traditional means of accessing resources in tertiary institutions which is mainly via “third-party”, “word of mouth” and “wall posters”. We have created Kura App, which is a digital solution that brings everything (all student’s needs) in one place.

Our Mission is simple
Ease student's access to study resources using our digital App which aggregate all resources with improved visibility, more inclusion and reach, hence supporting student’s learning outcome. We want to create a one-stop solution (Kura App) for study resources and learning support.

Kura Traction & Projections
Our bespoke UX research showed that 85% of the respondents want a platform that can support their learning, and 75% of this audience uses smartphones. Nigeria’s education enrolment data has over 2 million students, and Kura is built to support at least million users (students, teachers, lecturers, stakeholders, service providers, individuals).
Kura hopes to scale its App development to digitally capture other student’s need areas including exams, maps, online academy, and savings vault. Kura will have, and support over 500,000 users by 2025, with possible expansion into the West-African regional educational market.
